How do I collect your data?

On this website I use cookies and I also collect information from my enquiry form, as well as from our conversations and correspondence. Information collected via cookies is anonymous and is used by Google Analytics to help me understand online traffic. Cookies are described below. Other information is stored securely and is destroyed when no longer needed or at your request.

What I do with the information collected

I require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

internal record keeping
to improve the service we provide to clients
to contact you in response to your enquiry

The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

I use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps me analyse data about web page traffic and improve the website in order to tailor it to visitor needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes. Overall, cookies help me provide you with a better website, by enabling me to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. Data Protection Rights

You have the right to request from me copies of any personal information that we hold about you. You have the right to request me to correct any information that is inaccurate, or to complete information you believe is incomplete. There may be a small charge for these services. Under certain conditions, you also have rights to erasure of information I hold, to restrict or object to what I do with your information, and to have the data I hold transferred to you. Given the specific data we collect, and the very limited amount we store, it is unlikely that you’ll need to rely upon these rights, but it is important that you know about them anyway.
